Terms of Use

Acceptance

By accessing or using cardistry.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Membership

Access to certain features of the Platform requires an ICA Fellowship. Membership is subject to ICA approval and renewal of annual dues. The ICA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with these terms.

Conduct

Members agree to treat all other members and community participants with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or conduct intended to harm or demean others will result in immediate account suspension. The ICA reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation at its sole discretion.

Content

Members retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant the ICA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Platform. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.

Termination

The ICA may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting membership@cardistry.org.

Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The ICA is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform. In no event shall the ICA's liability exceed the amount paid by you for your membership in the preceding twelve months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County], New York.
